Whilst we always aim to please and as a result get many positive comments about our care and results over the decades, we are always happy to hear where we could have done better.

We encourage feedback from everyone we treat and care for and indeed much of what we provide, including care at the Specialist levels of qualifications and expertise, are as a direct result of past feedbacks, desiring something special to be available directly on the high street.
